We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, UPI, and online payments via credit/debit cards and net banking. Secure payment gateway ensures your transaction is safe.
Yes. All purchases come with a GST invoice. Please provide your GST number during checkout if you need it for business purposes.
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order if modifications are needed. Once the order is processed for dispatch, changes may not be possible.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders across India. Certain heavy items or remote locations may have a nominal shipping charge.
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive delivery within 3-4 days. Remote areas may take 5-7 days.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
🛡️ Warranty & Returns
All refurbished products come with a 90-day warranty covering hardware defects. Brand new products carry manufacturer warranty as applicable. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or not as described. Items must be in original condition with all accessories. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
For warranty claims, please contact us with your Order ID and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process. All claims are processed within 48 hours.

Absolutely! Our PC Builder tool lets you select compatible components to build your custom PC. It checks compatibility automatically and shows a running total. You can save builds and add all components to cart at once.
